Refund policy

We want you to love your Chumbuddy.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item should be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• returned with original packaging when reasonably possible

Please contact hello@chumbuddy.com before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

• your order number
• a description of the problem
• clear photos showing the issue

We’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been heavily used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned in unsellable condition may not be eligible for a refund.
